These are the terms on which Roop Eye Care sells eyewear and related products through roopeyecare.in and at our store in Sri Ganganagar. By placing an order on this website, you accept these terms. Please read them before you buy.

1. Who we are

Roop Eye Care is an optical store based in Sri Ganganagar, Rajasthan.

2. Products and prices

  • All prices are shown in Indian Rupees and include applicable taxes, unless the product page says otherwise.
  • We photograph our products as accurately as we can. Colours, shades and finishes may still look slightly different on your screen.
  • Prices and availability can change without notice.
  • If something you have ordered is out of stock, we will contact you and offer an alternative product, a wait until stock arrives, or a full refund.

3. Orders

An order placed on this website is an offer to buy. A contract is formed only when we confirm your order to you.

We may decline an order if:

  • the item is unavailable;
  • there is an error in the listed price or product description; or
  • we are unable to deliver to the address you have given.

4. Prescription eyewear

If you order frames that need prescription lenses, we will contact you for your prescription details before the lenses are made.

  • Prescription lenses are made to your individual requirement, so they cannot be returned or exchanged, except where the product is defective or we have fitted the prescription incorrectly.
  • Any prescription you give us must be current and issued by a qualified optometrist or ophthalmologist.
  • We are not responsible for discomfort or poor vision caused by an out-of-date or incorrect prescription supplied to us.

5. Payment

Cash on Delivery is available across India. Payment must be made in full to the courier at the time of delivery.

7. Returns and refunds

Return windows, eligibility and refund timelines are set out in our Refund and Returns Policy.

8. Warranty

Frames carry the manufacturer’s warranty against manufacturing defects, where applicable.

The warranty does not cover:

  • accidental damage or breakage;
  • scratched lenses;
  • normal wear and tear; or
  • damage caused by improper handling, heat or chemicals.

9. Intellectual property

The content on this website, including product photographs and text, belongs to Roop Eye Care and may not be copied or reused without our written permission. Brand names and logos shown on this site remain the property of their respective owners.

10. Limitation of liability

Our liability in connection with any product is limited to the amount you paid for that product. Nothing in these terms limits any right you have under the Consumer Protection Act, 2019.

11. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any dispute is subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts at Sri Ganganagar, Rajasthan.
