These are the terms on which Roop Eye Care sells eyewear and related products through roopeyecare.in and at our store in Sri Ganganagar. Placing an order on this website means you accept them.

2. Products and prices

All prices are shown in Indian Rupees and are inclusive of applicable taxes unless stated otherwise on the product page. We try to display product colours and finishes accurately, but the shade you see can vary slightly with your screen.

Prices and product availability may change without notice. If an item you have ordered turns out to be out of stock, we will contact you and offer an alternative, a wait, or a full refund.

3. Orders

An order placed on this website is an offer to buy. It is accepted when we confirm it to you. We may decline an order if the item is unavailable, if there is an error in the listed price, or if we cannot deliver to the address given.

4. Prescription eyewear

If you order frames that need prescription lenses, we will contact you for your prescription details before the lenses are made. Prescription lenses are made to your individual requirement and are therefore not returnable except where the product is defective or the prescription has been fitted incorrectly by us.

Any prescription you supply must be current and issued by a qualified optometrist or ophthalmologist. We are not responsible for discomfort or poor vision caused by an out-of-date or incorrect prescription supplied to us.

5. Payment

Cash on Delivery is available across India. Payment must be made in full to the courier at the time of delivery.

8. Warranty

Frames carry the manufacturer’s warranty against manufacturing defects where applicable. The warranty does not cover accidental damage, scratched lenses, normal wear and tear, or damage caused by improper handling, heat or chemicals.

9. Intellectual property

The content on this website, including product photographs and text, belongs to Roop Eye Care and may not be copied or reused without written permission. Brand names and logos shown on this site remain the property of their respective owners.

10. Limitation of liability

Our liability in connection with any product is limited to the amount you paid for that product. Nothing in these terms limits any right you have under the Consumer Protection Act, 2019.

11. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any dispute is subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts at Sri Ganganagar, Rajasthan.
