Where we deliver
We ship anywhere in India. All orders are dispatched from our store in Sri Ganganagar, Rajasthan.
Delivery charges
- Standard delivery, all India – ₹50 per order.
- Store pickup – free. Call or WhatsApp +91 92642 64242 and we will keep your order ready at 6, Ravindra Path, B Block, Sri Ganganagar.
Dispatch and delivery time
- Ready-made frames and sunglasses – dispatched in 1–2 working days after order confirmation.
- Frames with prescription lenses – lenses are made to your power, so dispatch takes 3–5 working days from the time we receive your prescription.
- Transit time – usually 3–7 working days depending on your location. Remote pin codes may take longer.
Working days exclude Sundays and public holidays. All timelines are estimates, not guarantees – courier delays, weather and local restrictions can affect them.
Order tracking
As soon as your order is dispatched, we will send the courier name and tracking number to the phone number or WhatsApp you gave us at checkout.
Cash on Delivery
COD orders must be paid in full to the courier at the time of delivery. Please keep the exact amount ready.
Delivery attempts
Couriers usually make up to three delivery attempts, so please give us a number that stays reachable. If a parcel comes back to us undelivered or refused, we will contact you to arrange redelivery – the delivery charge applies again.
Damaged or wrong items
Please check the parcel before accepting it. If the outer packaging looks damaged or tampered with, refuse the delivery and tell us the same day. If you find the product damaged or incorrect after opening, contact us within 48 hours with photographs and, where possible, an unboxing video. We will arrange a replacement or a refund.
